经颅磁刺激在脑卒中运动功能障碍康复中的研究进展
Research advance of motor dysfunction rehabilitation of stroke based on transcranial magnetic stimulus
摘要
Abstract
Stroke is a highly prevalent acute cerebrovascular disease,often accompanied by motor dysfunction.Transcranial mag-netic stimulation(TMS)as a non-invasive brain stimulation method,has been validated in massive clinical trials for its significant re-habilitation outcome on post-stroke motor dysfunction.However,the underlying neurorehabilitation mechanisms remain unclear.Further research and exploration are needed.This paper reviews the recent developments and the state-of-art of TMS in the field of motor reha-bilitation after stroke,focusing on motor function assessment,intervention and the establishment of recovery prediction models,provi-ding a reference for future research endeavors.关键词
