Abstract
Aiming at the cooling project of Wobei Coal Mine,a set of centralized control system integrates with"management"and"control"is designed.The network architecture,hardware composition,and software application of this system are analyzed emphatically,and the main functions of this system are described in detail.Propose a system optimization based on BP neural network PID control algorithm to achieve precise allocation of secondary cooling capacity and achieve energy saving and emission reduction effects.3D modeling technology is introduced into the human-computer interaction interface to provide miners with a more concise,fully functional,and friendly human-computer interaction interface.Through communication technology,all subsystems of the entire cooling system are integrated into the centralized monitoring system,improving the production efficiency of the cooling system and achieving the effect of reducing staff and increasing efficiency.A communication interface with the mine scheduling is reserved to provide relevant basic data for the comprehensive automation system of the mine.关键词
