Design of Flotation Liquid Level Control System Based on Smith Predictive Fuzzy PID

Abstract
The high and low liquid level inside the flotation machine affects the flotation effect and production stability.Aiming at the impact of the flotation machine liquid level on the flotation results in coal slurry flotation,combined with the characteristics and performance requirements of the flotation liquid level control system,a liquid level control system combining Smith predictive control,fuzzy control,and PID control is adopted.A flotation liquid level simulation model is designed using the Simulink module in MATLAB for simulation analysis,simultaneously change the liquid level to test the stability of the system.By comparing traditional PID,fuzzy PID,and Smith predictive fuzzy PID control algorithm,it can be seen that the liquid level control system adopts the Smith predictive fuzzy PID algorithm,due to the traditional PID and fuzzy PID control,its control effect has shorter adjustment time and stronger stability,it improves the stability of the flotation machine liquid level and better meets the requirements of the flotation process for liquid level.关键词
