论人工智能在庭审质证中的运用
On the Use of Artificial Intelligence in Cross-examination in Court
摘要
Abstract
The use of artificial intelligence in court trials is a product of the development of science and technology.Artificial intelligence(AI)has been used in many cross-examinations in court,whose functions mainly involve the digital management of online cross-examination,the generation of data and reports to be used for cross-examination analysis,and the assessment of the authenticity of evidence in trial.However,artificial intelligence in cross-examination in court is also facing the challenges of insufficient reliability of examination data,poor interpretability of algorithms,and poor data privacy and security,which greatly limit the applicability of artificial intelligence therein.The use of artificial intelligence in cross-examination in court needs to follow the principles of balance of judicial value,ancillary support of artificial intelligence,and guarantee of technical standards so as to ensure that the whole process of the use of artificial intelligence proceeds smoothly.In order to overcome the challenges of AI-assisted cross-examination in court,the reliability of the examination data,the interpretability of the algorithm,and the security of data privacy should be guaranteed.关键词
