乙炔前驱体对含银的类金刚石碳薄膜结构和抗菌性能的影响
Effects of acetylene precursor on structure and antibacterial property of Ag-containing diamond-like carbon films
摘要
Abstract
In this study,the hydrogenated Ag-containing diamond-like carbon(DLC-Ag)films were prepared by adding acety-lene to the coating atmosphere of magnetron sputtering to inhibit silver precipitation at film surface.The addition effects on the antibac-terial properties of the films were investigated by scanning electron microscope(SEM),EDX,colorimetry and microhardness measure-ment,and agar plate counting antibacterial test.The results showed that when acetylene flow rate was increased,silver precipitation at film surface decreased,blackness increased,and hardness decreased.Even the sample with the lowest silver content(0.8 at%)showed good antibacterial activity against E.coli.关键词
