某S形大跨空间桁架吊装施工全过程仿真与监测研究
Simulation and Monitoring Research on Entire Process of Hoisting Construction of a S-Shaped Spatial Truss

Abstract
The reconstruction and expansion of existing subway stations usually need to cover large-span space steel structures on the premise of uninterrupted operation,and its construction and installation technology is particularly complicated.Based on the renovation and expansion project of a subway station in Shenzhen,this paper uses the finite element analysis software ABAQUS to simulate the whole process of section hoisting for the S-shaped space truss with a span of 88.7 m.By analyzing the stress distribution and deformation characteristics of the truss structure corresponding to each hoisting scheme and combining with the actual construction requirements,the optimal hoisting scheme is selected from three hoisting schemes.Based on the analysis of the influence of lifting point arrangement on the structure of triangle section and intermediate beam section by ABAQUS,the science and feasibility of the three-stage lifting scheme are confirmed,and the lifting point arrangement of the three-stage lifting is further optimized.The actual monit-oring stress-strain data is basically consistent with the numerical simulation results,and the prediction ac-curacy is 1.117(average value)and 0.153(dispersion degree),respectively,which indicates that the numeric-al simulation can effectively predict the actual construction situation.关键词
