城市居民低碳出行意向异质性分析
Heterogeneity analysis of urban residents'low-carbon travel intention

Abstract
The aim of this study is to reveal the internal mechanism of residents'low-carbon travel decision-making process and identify the effects of individual heterogeneity on low-carbon travel de-cision-making.This study combines the theory of planned behavior(TPB)and the value belief norm theory(VBN)and introduces the environmental awareness,policy factor,and travel time perception to construct a model of urban residents'low-carbon travel intention.First,a structural equation mod-el was used to analyze 398 valid data to identify the direct and indirect effects on the model.Next,heterogeneity analysis was conducted using a multigroup structural equation.The results show that personal norm,attitude,perceived behavioral control,and subjective norm have a significant direct impact on residents'low-carbon travel intention.Policy factor,environmental awareness,and travel time perception can indirectly influence low-carbon travel intention based on the mediating vari-ables.The main effects of the latent variables on low-carbon travel intention in the order of the total effect value are personal norm(0.405),policy factor(0.359),attitude(0.325),and environmental awareness(0.294).The multigroup analysis results show that age and travel time can moderate the relationship between latent variables.For young people with a shorter travel time,attitude is the main factor influencing their low-carbon travel intention.However,personal norm has a greater im-pact on the low-carbon travel intention of middle-aged and elderly people with longer travel time.The findings of this study provide a theoretical basis for formulating differentiated low-carbon travel guidance strategies for urban residents and promoting the development of low-carbon passenger transportation in cities.关键词
