摘要

Abstract

The construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is a major national strategy personally planned,deployed and promoted by President Xi Jinping.The construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area under"One Country,Two Systems,Three Customs Territories And Three Currencies"is groundbreaking in the world.Its unique experience is of referential and enlightening significance to the creation of scientific and technological innovation centers in other domestic regions.This paper summarizes a large number of policy documents and summarizes four paths for the construction of the international science and technology innovation center in the Greater Bay Area:the conventional path of enhancing the scientific and technological innovation strength by depending on the comprehensive national scientific centers in the Greater Bay Area;the unique path of comprehensively deepening the reform by grasping the major historical opportunity of constructing"two areas";the regional development scheme of constructing the"two corridors and two points"at a high level to build an open regional collaborative innovation community;the innovative industry-university-research integration system led by the enterprises with distinct Guangdong characteristics.
