某有色金属企业高含铁多金属酸性废水处理试验研究

Abstract
The process of limestone iron removal-sulfurization and zinc recovery was used to treat the acid wastewater with high iron and zinc produced by a non-ferrous metal enterprise.The effects of limestone particle size,dosage,treatment time,sodium sulfide dosage and reaction time on the removal of heavy metals from water were discussed.The test results show that the limestone iron removal-vulcanization and zinc recovery process has a better treatment effect on high-iron and high-zinc polymetallic acid wastewater,and the zinc content of the recovered product is up to 45%,which can be sold as raw materials for zinc smelting,realizing the recovery of zinc resources.At the same time,the treated tail water conforms to the nationally recognized"Lead and Zinc Industry Pollutant Discharge Standard"(GB 25466-2010).关键词
