摘要

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of gantry crane weighing structure on the measurement of slag soil in shield excavation.Through the analysis of the shield construction method between Fengyiqiao South Station and Fengtai Station of Beijing Metro Line 16,we realize the importance of accurate measurement of shield excavation slag soil.In the process of research,we analyze the traditional measurement method of shield excavation residue and find that there are some disadvantages.In order to solve these problems,we introduce a new type of gantry crane weighing structure.This structure can realize the accurate measurement of slag soil and improve the accuracy and reliability of measurement.Through the experimental test,we evaluate the influence of gantry crane weighing structure on the measurement of slag soil in shield excavation.The results show that the gantry crane weighing structure can effectively determine the parameters of slag soil in shield excavation and provide accurate construction effect evaluation.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on optimizing and improvement,in order to further improve the effectiveness of gantry crane weighing structure for the measurement of slag soil in shield excavation.
