Abstract
The commonly used edge identification method of gradient has the shortcoming of the rapid attenuation of amplitude with buried depth.In this pater,a kind of method based on Logistic function and total horizontal derivative boundary was introduced.A comparative study was carried out between LTHG method and other boundary identification methods:THG,AS,TDR,THDR,TTHG,TAS,TM and NVDR_THDR under three conditions:only positive gravity anomalies,both positive and negative gravity anomalies,and Gaussian noise added to gravity data with both positive and negative gravity anomalies.The applicability and application effect of each method on the equalization ability,resolution ability and anti-noise ability of different buried depth field sources were analyzed.The results show that the identification result of LTHG method does not depend on the burial depth of the field,and it can well identify the boundary of the field source with different burial depths.Compared with other common methods,LTHG method can provide accurate,clear and higher resolution boundary information of field source,which is an effective method for qualitative interpretation of potential field data.Finally,this method was applied to the processing of aerial gravity data in the central Ogaden basin of Ethiopia,and the processing results showed good correlation with the fault structures in the study area.At the same time,more geological details were displayed,and the application effect was good.The LTHG method has advantages in depth equalization,resolution,and noise resistance,and can be promoted in practical production.关键词
