临终沟通障碍-家庭版量表的汉化及信效度评价
Translation and reliability and validity evaluation of Difficulties in End of Life Discussions-Family Inventory

Abstract
Objective:To translate Difficulties in End of Life Discussion-Family Inventory(DEOLD-FI)into Chinese and test its reliability and validity among cancer patients.Methods:The DEOLD-FI was authorized and conducted according to the principle of scale introduction.The reliability validity of the scale was tested in 315 cancer patients.Results:Five public factors were extracted from Chinese version DEOLD-FI,which were emotional burden,negative attitude,family burden,fear of death,and communication ability,and the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 64.772%.The Cronbach's α coefficient of the total table was 0.897,the split-half reliability was 0.828,the test-retest reliability was 0.938,and the Cronbach's α coefficient of each dimension was above 0.85.Conclusion:The Chinese version of DEOLD-FI has good reliability and validity,and it can be used to evaluate the degree of end-of-life communication disorder with family members.关键词
