沥青路面新材料的开发为提高机场道面使用性能提供了思路,其中环氧沥青近年来被逐步开发研究,其表现出了良好的使用性能.目前环氧沥青混合料多采用高温拌和,难以满足机场道面工程的不停航施工和环保性要求,冷拌环氧沥青混合料能较好地解决上述问题.因此,从冷拌环氧沥青的制备原理出发,基于对固化时间、力学性能、变形能力和容留时间等影响因素的探究,确定了冷拌环氧沥青各组分的种类和配比,自主研发了一种拉伸强度为2.78 MPa、断裂伸长率为58.61%的新型冷拌环氧沥青材料,并对使用该冷拌环氧沥青制成的沥青混合料性能进行了测试,发现该冷拌环氧沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温变形能力以及水稳定性都较好,均满足机场道面使用要求,可以在机场道面修补工程中推广应用.

New material development of asphalt pavement provides a way to improve the performance of airport pave-ment,among which epoxy asphalt has been gradually developed and studied in recent years,which shows good per-formance.At present,epoxy asphalt mixture is mostly mixed at high temperature,which is difficult to meet the re-quirements of construction without closure to flight and environmental protection.But cold mixed epoxy asphalt mix-ture can solve the above problems.Therefore,starting from the preparation principle of cold-mixed epoxy asphalt,the influencing factors of curing time,mechanical properties,deformation capacity and retention time were explored to determine the types and ratios of each component.A new cold-mixed epoxy asphalt material was independently developed,which has tensile strength of 2.78 MPa and elongation at break of 58.61%.The asphalt mixture was tested.It was found that all the high temperature stability,low temperature deformation ability and water stability of the cold mixed epoxy asphalt mixture are good,which meet the requirements of airport pavement and can be popularized in airport pavement repair projects.
