Abstract

As a post cast structure,the slab joints of the high-speed rail longitudinal slab ballastless track are prone to interfaces debonding and other damages under extreme temperature load,which not only affect the overall longitudinal stiffness and connection stability of the track structure,but also pose a threat to the train operation safety.In order to explore the interfaces damage distribution law of slab joints under temperature load,firstly,temperature sensors are arranged inside the ballastless track to obtain the temperature field of the track plate,and the temperature analysis conditions of the track plate are formulated based on the measured data;then,based on the bilinear cohesion theory,the longitudinal slab ballastless track model considering the effect of prestressed reinforcements and the interfaces damage of the slab joints is established,and the damage law and distribution difference of the joints interfaces under the actual temperature field are analyzed from the vertical and horizontal directions;finally,the simulation results are compared with the actual joints damage situation,and the most unfavorable stress position of the joints interfaces are determined to provide reference for guiding the engineering department to carry out fine maintenance work.The results show that the actual temperature gradient of track slab exceeds the design specification of high-speed railway;the coupling effect of overall cooling and negative temperature gradient is the most unfavorable temperature condition,and the vertical contact interfaces between wide joint and track slab and the contact interface between narrow joint and mortar layer in the vertical direction are seriously damaged;the joints interfaces in the horizontal direction may have hidden diseases in the area adjacent to the prestressed reinforcements;when the average temperature rises to 18.92℃,the joints interfaces will be damaged in this area.The engineering department should pay more attention to the damage development of the joints interfaces in the area where the prestressed reinforcements are arranged.
