摘要
Abstract
In order to dynamically explore the reconstruction process of sustainable livelihood of fishermen after fishing ban in the Yangtze River and how multiple subjects interact in this process, based on the perspective of actor network, this article takes Jiusha village in Shexian as a case study, and uses qualitative research methods such as structural interview to explore the process, model and mechanism of sustainable livelihood reconstruction of the fishermen withdrawing from fishing in the Yangtze River basin. The results showed that, the government is the key actor in the reconstruction, and human actors such as village committees, fishermen withdrawn from fishing and market entities,as well as non-human actors such as housing, lands, rural environment and human customs, jointly form an interactive actor network.Government leading, market allocation, village collective participation, and fishermen withdrawing from fishing as the main part is a typical industrial integration mode of sustainable livelihood reconstruction. In this mode, the sustainable livelihoods reconstruction is driven by factors such as livelihood capital, governance capacity of grass-roots unit, government policies and social forces.关键词
