Effect of Artificial Intelligent Technology Use on Employees'Workplace Well-being
摘要
Abstract
Based on the JD-R model,this paper discusses the influence of artificial intelligent technology use on employees'workplace well-being,the mediating role of job crafting and the moderating role of authoritarian leadership.The results show that artificial intelligent technology use has a positive impact on employees'workplace well-being,job crafting plays an intermediary role in the relationship between intelligent technology use and employees'happiness at work,and authoritarian leadership negatively moderates the relationship between artificial intelligent technology use and job crafting.The findings provide a new perspective for cultivating employees'workplace well-being.关键词
