Abstract

At present,the load recovery and fault maintenance of the distribution network after the disaster are primarily approached as independent considerations,leading to a lack of effective linkage,and inadequate consideration of dual factors such as the uncertainty of fault maintenance time and new energy output.Therefore,this paper proposes a joint dispatching strategy for post-disaster distribution network maintenance and recovery.First,a two-stage solution framework for post-disaster distribution networks is proposed.The first stage focuses on the fault maintenance plan and network reconstruction problem,and the second stage addresses the problem of source-load coordination in the post-disaster distribution network with the participation of mobile energy storage system.Second,the scheduling model of mobile energy storage system and maintenance personnel is constructed,the spatio-temporal transfer model and energy model of mobile energy storage system are quantitatively analyzed,and the fault maintenance and network reconstruction model are established based on the spatio-temporal transfer characteristics of maintenance personnel.On this basis,with the goal of minimizing the recovery of operating costs,a comprehensive dispatch model of post-disaster distribution network is constructed by using discrete robustness and continuous robustness to deal with the uncertainty of fault maintenance time and new energy output,respectively.Finally,the improved IEEE 33 node distribution network is used for simulation testing.The results show that the proposed scheduling strategy can significantly reduce the load loss rate and reduce the power outage loss.In addition,the two-stage algorithm can ensure the accuracy of the solution while significantly improving the solution speed,which is feasible and reasonable.
