新型可视喉镜在小鼠气管插管中的应用研究
Application of a Novel Visual Laryngoscope in Endotracheal Intubation in Mice

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of a novel visual laryngoscope in the preparation of a lipopolysaccharide(LPS)induced acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)model in mice.Methods Forty healthy SPF-grade male C57BL/6 mice of 8-10 weeks old and weighing 22-25 g were randomized into 4 groups(n=10):visual laryngoscopy-as-sisted endotracheal intubation with PBS(VP),visual laryngoscopy-assisted endotracheal intubation with LPS(VL),chest transillumination endotracheal intubation with PBS(LP)and chest transillumination endotracheal intubation with LPS(LL).The duration success rate and the presence of adverse effects of intubation were recorded in the preparation of the ARDS model.The mice were executed 24 h after successful endotracheal intubation,and the lung tissue samples were col-lected for HE staining to observe the pathological changes and to score the lung injury.The bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)was collected for the determination of total protein concentration by the BCA method and TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1β concentrations by ELISA.Results Compared with the LP and LL groups,the VP and VL groups had reduced intubation duration and increased primary success rate(P<0.05).The VL and LL groups had higher lung injury scores,BALF total protein,neutrophil count and TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1β concentrations than the VP and LP groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the above indicators between the LL and VL groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The novel visual la-ryngoscope with simpler operation,higher modeling success rate and uncompromised modeling performance in the prepara-tion of LPS-induced ARDS model in mice is of great significance for popularization.关键词
