Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical intervention value of hemodialysis combined with levocarnitine in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods:74 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to the Department of Nephrology,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2022 to May 2023 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received hemodialysis treatment,while the observation group received standardized levocarnitine treatment on the basis of hemodialysis treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The levels of creatinine,urea nitrogen,cystatin C and inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemodialysis combined with levocarnitine standardized treatment in patients with chronic renal failure can effectively improve the clinical therapeutic effect,and the application of this drug is more helpful to improve the kidney function of patients and relieve the serum inflammatory response of patients.关键词
