Abstract
Objective:To analyze the feasibility of standardized nursing in the clinical intervention of patients with urinary calculus surgery.Methods:Fifty patients with urinary calculus admitted to the operating room of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from June 2020 to September 2022 were randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group.The observation group was given standardized nursing while the control group was given routine nursing.The feasibility of different nursing methods was evaluated.Results:The adverse psychological status score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of related adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the indexes of heart rate and blood pressure in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical intervention of patients with urinary calculi,the implementation of standardized nursing for patients is more conducive to promoting rehabilitation,can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse events,and maintain the stability of vital signs,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
