山东省农村老年人口腔健康对认知功能的影响分析OA
Impact of oral health on cognitive function among the older adults in rural Shandong,China
目的 了解山东省农村老年人认知功能现状,探索口腔健康对主、客观认知功能的影响.方法 采用多阶段分层随机抽样法选取研究对象,通过口腔健康影响程度量表、主观认知下降问卷和简易智力状态检查量表进行问卷调查.使用x2检验和分层分析法探讨口腔健康对认知功能的影响.结果 最终纳入的2689例老年人中,86.20％报告有主观认知功能障碍,23.69％存在客观认知功能障碍.口腔健康状况较差的老年人出现主观认知功能障碍(OR=1.678,95％CI:1.228～2…查看全部>>
