构建和谐医患关系的现实困境及应对策略
The dilemma and countermeasures of building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship
摘要
Abstract
The frequent occurrence of doctor-patient disputes has brought serious negative effects on the healthcare system,and thus there is an urgent need to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.The article analyzes the practical significance of building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship from four aspects,that is,the quality of health services,the image and reputation of health institutions,the healthy development of health-care,and social harmony and stability.It also analyzes in-depth the practical difficulties faced in building a har-monious doctor-patient relationship from the perspectives of insufficient and imbalanced distribution of health re-sources,ineffective guidance of medical insurance payments,and irrational medical service prices,and then put forward strategies for building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship including accelerating doctor training,opti-mizing health resource allocation,establishing compatibly incentive medical insurance payment mechanisms,and improving compensation mechanisms for health services.关键词
