2012-2021年四川省医疗资源利用率空间特征研究
Spatial characteristics of health resource utilization in Sichuan Province from 2012 to 2021
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the spatial distribution characteristics of the development of health re-source utilization since the new health reform in Sichuan Province,and to promote the rational allocation of health resources in Sichuan Province.Methods The development trend and spatial distribution of health resource utili-zation in Sichuan Province were analyzed by spatial autocorrelation analysis.Results In 2021,the relative devel-opment rate indices of health resource utilization rate were quite different among cities(prefectures)in Sichuan Province,and the relative development status of Suining City and Guang'an City was more excellent(UL1,UL2 and UK1 were all＞1).The LISA chart showed that the utilization rates of health resources in Sichuan Province from 2012 to 2021 had a spatially different distribution as a whole,and the eastern region had a higher relative de-velopment level than the western region.Conclusions The utilization rates of health resources in Sichuan Prov-ince indicate a differentiated distribution between the eastern and western regions,and the allocation of human and material resources needs to be improved.关键词
