摘要
Abstract
County medical community is a manifestation pattern of intensifying the reform of the med-ical and health sectors,advancing the structural innovation of primary care services,and implementing the inte-grated management and integrated prevention and medical care in county-level institutions,which plays an impor-tant role in optimizing the allocation of health resources and improving the overall medical service capacity region-ally.To handle the difficulties in building county medical communities,it is necessary to adhere to government leadership,strengthen the joint reformation for public health services,medical insurance,and drug distribution system,and explore continually institutional mechanisms and development models.The practice of health reform demonstrates that county-level medical service capacity could only be promoted by making up for the weaknesses of primary health institutions and consolidating their foundation.关键词
