儿童暴发性特发性颅内压增高静脉窦支架治疗一例并文献复习
One case of venous sinus stent in pediatric fulminant idiopathic intracranial hypertension and literature review
摘要
Abstract
Idiopathic intracranial hypertension is a relatively rare disease that can cause irreversible visual impairment or even blindness in severe cases,most common in overweight women of childbearing age,and is rare in male pediatric patients.A child with fulminant idiopathic intracranial hypertension admitted to the Department of Neurology at Xi'an No.3 Hospital in January 2023 was treated by venous sinus stenting.His symptoms were completely relieved after surgery,and no complications occurred during a follow-up of six months.关键词
