儿童暴发性特发性颅内压增高静脉窦支架治疗一例并文献复习OA北大核心CSTPCD
One case of venous sinus stent in pediatric fulminant idiopathic intracranial hypertension and literature review
特发性颅内压增高是一种相对少见的疾病,严重时可能造成不可逆的视力损伤,甚至失明,最常见于超重的育龄期女性,男性患儿罕见.2023 年1 月西安市第三医院神经内科通过静脉窦支架置入术治疗1 例体型偏瘦的暴发性特发性颅内压增高的患儿,术后患儿症状完全缓解,随访半年未出现并发症.
Idiopathic intracranial hypertension is a relatively rare disease that can cause irreversible visual impairment or even blindness in severe cases,most common in overweight women of childbearing age,and is rare in male pediatric patients.A child with fulminant idiopathic intracranial hypertension admitted to the Department of Neurology at Xi'an No.3 Hospital in January 2023 was treated by venous sinus stenting.His symptoms were completely relieved after surgery,and no complications occurred during a follow-up of six months.
