Research progress on novel detection methods of porcine Japanese encephalitis virus
摘要
Abstract
Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV)is the zoonotic agent of Japanese encephalitis,which had caused huge economic loss to the global pig industry.Therefore,the establishment of the rapid and reliable method to detect JEV was conducive to the timely detection of JEV and the prevention and control of Japanese encephalitis.This study provided a comprehensive overview of the novel detection methodologies for JEV in recent years,including molecular biological detection,immunological detection,biosensor detection to offer technical guidance for effec-tive diagnosis and prevention of JEV infection.关键词
