Digital Transformation of Human Resource Management:An Integrated Research and Analysis Framework

Abstract
Digitalization has led to changes in organizational human resource management.The innovative development of organizational human resource management also relies on digital technology support.Based on an integrated research and analysis framework,the digital transformation of human resource management can be clearly defined as the construction of cloud-based human resource management systems for personnel management,talent management,and talent development based on organizational strategic needs,with the help of the concept of digitalization and information technology,so that human resource data play a greater role in driving the sustained growth and healthy development of organizations.The study has found that digital transformation has a positive influence on human resource management;digitalization corrects the operational mechanism of organizational human resource management,stimulates the value creation of organizational human resource management,enriches the practical linkage of organizational human resource management,and guides the reconstruction and optimization of organizational human resource management.The practical application of digital transformation of organizational human resource management involves digital talent stock check and evaluation,digital evaluation and assessment,digital talent selection and replacement,and construction of a digital talent development evaluation system.For the organizational operator,the core task is to build a digital management system;for the organizational human resource worker,it is necessary to consolidate digital skills,cultivate digital thinking,use digital resources,tools,and platforms,and achieve performance improvement through digital technology.关键词
