生物电相关疗法在神经损伤修复中的应用进展
Application progress of bioelectric therapy in nerve injury repair
摘要
Abstract
Neurological injury is a deficiency and loss of neurological function caused by various factors.Clinical treatment methods mainly include drug therapy,surgical treatment,and rehabilitation therapy.Drug therapy and surgical treatment have significant therapeutic effects,but there is a risk of adverse reactions and complications after surgery.Rehabilitation therapy,as a non-invasive treatment method,usually focuses on protecting residual nerve function and has become one of the important means of restoring nerve function.At present,bioelectrotherapy has been applied in modern medicine,such as appropriate electrical stimulation can promote nerve injury repair and regeneration,and electric fields can affect the movement of intracellular molecules and chemotactic cell migration,etc.This article mainly reviews the application progress of bioelectrotherapy in nerve injury repair,and probes into its therapeutic mechanism in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of nerve injury in the future.关键词
