Hypopituitarism after traumatic brain injury
摘要
Abstract
Traumatic brain injury(TBI)is an important cause of death and disability in young people,and improving the prognosis of TBI patients has always been a focus of clinical research.TBI can cause posttraumatic hypopituitarism(PTHP),leading to hormone level disorder in the body,which can lead to a series of clinical symptoms and seriously affect the prognosis of patients.With the gradual improvement of people's understanding of PTHP after TBI,studies on the diagnosis and treatment of PTHP are also gradually deepening.This article mainly reviews the epidemiology,clinical manifestations,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of PTHP.关键词
