基于数据挖掘分析中医药治疗重症急性胰腺炎致急性肺损伤的组方规律
Analyse the Prescription Rules of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Severe Acute Pancreatitis complicated with Acute Lung Injury based on Data Mining Analysis

Abstract
Objective To explore the rule of Chinese medicine in treating acute lung injury(ALI)caused by severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods Through computer retrieval of Chinese journal full-text database,Chinese journal full-text database and Wanfang data knowledge service platform,the database of TCM treatment SAP to ALI was constructed.The traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform V 3.0 was used to analyze the rules of medication and prescription composition.Results A total of 23 prescriptions were screened,including 39 herbs,among which Rhubarb,Mirabilite,Scutellaria baicalensis,Radices saussureae,Magnolia hypoleuca,Bupleurum,Fructus aurantii immaturus were frequently used.The main drugs are purging,clearing heat and regulating qi.The medicinal properties are mainly cold,and the taste is mainly Bitterness and Simba.The main channels are spleen,stomach,large intestine and lung.Common drugs include Rhubarb-Mirabilite,Rhubarb-Scutellaria baicalensis,Rhubarb-Mirabilite-Scutellaria baicalensis,Mirabilite-Scutellaria baicalensis,Rhubarb-Radices saussureae,Mirabilite-Radices saussureae,Rhubarb-Mirabilite-Radices saussureae,Rhubarb-Magnolia hypoleuca,Rhubarb-Bupleurum,Rhubarb-Fructus aurantii immaturus,Mirabilite-Bupleurum,Rhubarb-Mirabilite-Bupleurum.Three square combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion"relieving gas impassability,excellent in lung"is the main pathogenesis of acute pancreatitis and acute lung injury,"The Lung And The Large Intestine Are Interior-Exteriorl",so"combined treatment of lung and intestine"is the important methods for the treatment of acute pancreatitis and acute lung injury by Chinese traditional medicine,more prescriptions on the basis of Dachengqi Decoction,the effect is mainly to eliminate turbidity by purgation,and to regulate qi,can reduce the mortality of patients and improve the clinical efficacy.关键词
