Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effect of Honghua Xiaoyao Tablets on mammary hyperplasia.Methods A total of 86 patients with breast hyperplasia admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Shaoyang University from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment plans,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tamoxifen citrate tablets,and the observation group was treated with Honghua Xiaoyao tablets.The sex hormone level before and after treatment,TCM syndrome score after treatment,effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in estradiol,progesterone and luteinizing hormone levels between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the estradiol level in the observation group was lower,and the progesterone and luteinizing hormone levels were higher,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).After treatment,breast mass,chest tightness and distension,breast distension and pain,little qi and lazy speech,light red tongue and thin white fur,pulse and string score in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions during medication was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Honghua Xiaoyao tablets in the treatment of mammary hyperplasia can significantly improve the level of sex hormones,relieve the discomfort symptoms of patients,better efficacy,higher safety.关键词
