Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Western medicine on patients with chest impediment of heart blood stasis type and its influence on heart function.Methods From December 2019 to December 2022,a total of 74 patients with chest impediment of heart blood stasis type diagnosed in Dongtai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into 2 groups according to random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Western medicine.The clinical efficacy,heart function and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of observation group was 94.59%,which was higher than 78.38%of control group(P＜0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,left ventricular systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in both groups were improved compared with before treatment,and LVEDD and LVESD in observation group were lower than control group,and LVEF was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of chest pain,palpitation and shortness of breath in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Western medicine is effective in the treatment of chest impediment of heart blood stasis type,which can effectively improve heart function and relieve clinical symptoms.关键词
