摘要

Abstract

In the process of powder metallurgy rolling plate,the original powder particles have a very important im-pact on the process characteristics of reduction,sintering and rolling plate and the mechanical properties of molyb-denum plate.Three kinds of high purity MoO3 with different particle sizes were reduced,sintered and rolled molyb-denum plate with 0.5mm thickness.The effects of three different particle sizes of raw powder on the preparation process properties of MoO2,molybdenum powder,molybdenum plate and mechanical properties of end plate were studied.The results showed that the reduction degree and micro-morphology of the three MoO2 prepared by one-stage reduction were significant different;the indexes of molybdenum powder prepared by different reduction processes in the second stage are also different.The D50 and D90/D50 values of large-particle molybdenum powder are lower than those of small-particle molybdenum powder,with less agglomeration and uniform dispersion;the per-formance of molybdenum plate made by reduction and sintering of large size molybdenum trioxide by the same sinte-ring and rolling is better;the mechanical properties of 0.5 mm molybdenum plate which was made of small size mo-lybdenum trioxide by reduction at 950℃ and subsequent processing are better.
