NPS联合LDH对小细胞肺癌预后的影响分析
Effect of NPS Combined with LDH on Prognosis of Small Cell Lung Cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Naples prognosis score(NPS)combined with lactate dehydrogen-ase(LDH)on prognosis of patients with small cell lung cancer(SCLC).Methods The clinical data of 167 patients with SCLC admitted from April 2015 to August 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to NPS,the patients were divided in-to group 0(NPS =0,n =28),group 1(NPS =1-2,n =73),and group 2(NPS =3-4,n =66).The effect of NPS com-bined with LDH on progression-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS)were analyzed using Kaplan-Meier and Cox re-gression analysis.Results The median PFS and OS of 167 patients were 8 months and 15.2 months,respectively.The medi-an PFS in groups 0,1,and 2 were 23.7,9.0,and 4.9 months,respectively,and the median OS was 29.3,14.6,and 10.9 months,respectively.Survival analysis showed that NPS and LDH levels were significantly correlated with PFS and OS in SCLC patients(P<0.05,P<0.01).NPS and LDH levels were the prognostic factors of SCLC patients(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion NPS and LDH are prognostic factors for SCLC patients.Low NPS group and low LDH level may predict longer PFS and OS.Therefore,NPS combined with LDH may have certain predictive value for the prognosis of SCLC patients.关键词
