复方丹参滴丸联合丁苯酞软胶囊对血管性痴呆的治疗效果研究
Study on the Therapeutic Effect of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills Combined with Butylphthalein Softgel on Vascular Dementia

Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of compound Danshen dropping pills combined with Butadiph-thalein softgel on vascular dementia(VaD).Methods A total of 150 patients with VaD from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into groups according to random number table method.Fifty patients in observation group were treated with compound Danshen dropping pills combined with Butylphthalide softgel,50 patients in control group A were treated with compound Danshen dropping pills,and 50 patients in control group B were treated with Butylphthalide softgel for 1 course of 2 weeks.The therapeutic effect was compared after 2 courses of treatment.The clinical effects,the score of Mini-mental State Ex-amination(MMSE),Clinical Dementia Rating Scale(CDR)scores and Barthel(BI)of the three groups were compared before and after treatment.Expression of endoplasmic reticulum stress pathway-related proteins(CHOP,GRP78,GRP94),serum in-flammatory factors[interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)],oxidative stress indexes[malondial-dehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),lipid peroxidase(LPO)]before and after treatment,and the occurrence of ad-verse reactions were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of observation group[92.00%(46/50)]was higher than that of control groups A and B[74.00%(37/50),76.00%(38/50)](P<0.05).After 1 and 2 courses of treatment,MMSE score and BI index in observation group were higher than those in control groups A and B,while CDR score was lower than that in control groups A and B(P<0.05).After 1 course and 2 courses of treatment,the expression of GRP78,GRP94 and CHOP protein and serum levels of IL-1β,MDA,IL-6,LPO and IL-8 in observation group were lower than those in control groups A and B,while the SOD level in observation group was higher than that in control groups A and B(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the three groups.Conclusion Compared with the two drugs alone,compound Dan-shen dropping pills combined with Butylophthalophthalic softgel have a better effect in the treatment of VaD,which can improve the cognitive function of patients,alleviate the symptoms of dementia,improve the self-care ability,inhibit endoplasmic reticu-lum stress,and alleviate inflammation and oxidative stress reactions of the body,with high safety.关键词
