Effect of Continuous quality Improvement Nursing mode on Compliance and Difficulty of Open-mouth Exercise in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Radiotherapy Patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement nursing mode on the compliance and difficulty degree of open-mouth exercise in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods Sixty patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who received radiotherapy intervention in Fuzhou First People's Hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training for gap-mouth dysfunction during radiotherapy,and the observation group was combined with continuous quality improvement nursing mode intervention on the basis of the control group,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results There was no significant difference in self-efficacy scores between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05).After intervention,the self-efficacy score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The number of patients with mild mouth difficulty in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion Providing continuous quality improvement nursing intervention for nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy patients can help improve their self-efficacy,increase their recognition of mouth opening exercise,and better return to normal life.关键词
