Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of personalized nursing mode under quantitative evaluation strategy on psychological state and pain degree of patients with laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods Seventy patients with appendectomy treated in Gao'an People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given individualized nursing mode under quantitative evaluation strategy.The psychological state,pain degree and surgical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05);The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after nursing(P＜0.05).The recovery time of gastrointestinal function,the first time of getting out of bed and the length of hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the personalized nursing model under the quantitative evaluation strategy for patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing,help to improve the psychological state of patients,reduce the degree of postoperative pain,facilitate early recovery.关键词
