Abstract
In the context of the normalization of extreme weather events,river basins must exhibit resilience to withstand,mitigate,and resist flood and drought disasters.Based on analysis of the characteristics of the"23·7"catastrophic flood in the Haihe River Basin,this study elucidates the roles played by various measures in the comprehensive governance of the Yongding River Basin and existing problems during the flood process.Following the requirements for building a resilient basin,the study proposes suggestions to enhance the flood control capacity of the Yongding River Basin.关键词
