摘要
Abstract
Water plays an extremely important role and holds significant value in economic and social development as well as ecological civilization construction.Currently,there is insufficient understanding of water value within society,and its realization remains incomplete.There is an urgent need for systematic discovery and comprehensive realization of water value.This paper analyzes the essence of water value,delineates its basic characteristics including diversity,spatial differences,temporal variability,measurability,and controllability.It explores multiple dimensions of systematically discovering water value from the perspectives of resource security,ecological security,economic security,food security,and energy security.Finally,recommendations are proposed for comprehensively realizing water value.关键词
