Abstract
In 2023,the Haihe River Basin experienced the largest basin-wide catastrophic flood in 60 years,and a catastrophic flood occurred in the Yongding River.Considering the comprehensive management and ecological restoration of the Yongding River over the past 5 years and the implementation of a new basin governance management mechanism,this study reflects on the response to this catastrophic flood,comprehensively examines the utilization of the flood defense system,scientifically evaluates weak points in river basin governance,aiming to provide insights for post-disaster recovery,reconstruction and flood defense systems construction in the Yongding River Basin.关键词
