摘要

Abstract

In 2023,the largest basin-wide flood in 60 years occurred in the Haihe River Basin and a catastrophic flood occurred in the Yongding River.The maximum peak flood flow of the Sanjiadian Hydrological Station in 2023 is 3500 m3/s,the maximum peak flood flow of Lugou Bridge is 4650 m3/s,which is once in more than 50 years,which is consistent with the flood frequency in 1939.In this paper,the causes of the two heavy rainstorms and floods in 2023 and 1939 are analyzed,and the characteristics of the floods are analyzed from the aspects of rainfall,flood patterns,and river sediment content,so as to better grasp the flood law and provide ideas for accelerating the improvement of the flood control system in the basin.
