摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of accelerated partial breast irradiation with intensity-modulated radiation therapy(APBI-IMRT)in patients undergoing breast-conserving surgery for breast cancer.Method:A total of 82 patients who underwent breast-conserving surgery for breast cancer in the Affiliated Suzhou Hospital of Nanjing University Medicine School from June 2018 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects, the patients were divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional radiotherapy, and the study group was treated with APBI-IMRT.The tumor markers, dose of dangerous organs and cardiac function indexes were compared between two groups.Result:Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the tumor markers and cardiac function indexes between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment.the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),cytokeratin 19 fragment(CYFRA21-1),alpha fetoprotein(AFP),left atrial end-systolic diameter(LADs),left ventricular end diastolic dimension(LVDD),ejection fraction(EF)and fraction shortening(FS)in two groups were lower than those before treatment, the tumor markers in the study group were lower than those in the control group, but the cardiac function indexes were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The dose of dangerous organs in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically signifiant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of APBI-IMRT after breast-conserving surgery for breast cancer can enhance the therapeutic effect and reduce the damage to cardiopulmonary function.关键词
