接纳承诺疗法对伴NSSI行为心境障碍青少年患者负性情绪及应对方式的影响
Influence of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy on Negative Emotions and Coping Styles of Teenagers Patients with Mood Disorder Associated with NSSI Behavior

Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of acceptance and commitment therapy(ACT)on negative emotions and coping styles of teenagers patients with mood disorder associated with non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI)behavior.Method:A total of 80 teenagers patients with mood disorder associated with NSSI behavior admitted to the Mental Health Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January to December 2022 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and study group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given ACT based on the control group.Negative emotions,coping styles before and after intervention and NSSI behaviors were compared between the two groups.Result:After the intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the positive coping style score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the negative coping style score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1-month follow-up after discharge,the incidence of NSSI in the study group was 12.5％(5/40),which was lower than 32.5％(13/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.588,P=0.032).Conclusion:ACT can effectively improve the negative emotions of teenagers patients with mood disorder associated with NSSI behavior,improve their coping styles,reduce the incidence of NSSI,and thus promote the psychological rehabilitation of patients.关键词
