症状性许莫氏结节治疗的研究进展
Research Progress in the Treatment of Symptomatic Schmorl's Nodes
摘要
Abstract
At present,the first treatment for symptomatic Schmorl's nodes(SNs)is conservative treatment such as anti-inflammatory analgesics,bed rest and waist protection.However,for patients who fail to respond to formal conservative treatment,surgical treatment is usually adopted to relieve symptoms.The main surgical methods are spinal surgery in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fracture(OVF)common surgical methods:percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)and percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP),The two surgical methods are effective in OVF,but there are still many problems in the treatment of symptomatic SNs,and there are few relevant studies.Based on the analysis of articles related to the diagnosis and treatment of SNs in recent years,this paper summarizes the pathogenesis,diagnosis,classification and treatment of SNs,aiming at providing reference for the treatment of symptomatic SNs.关键词
