摘要
Abstract
The repair of bone exposed wounds has always been a huge problem in clinical treatment. At present, the mainstream solution for the treatment of skin such wounds is flap transplantation. However, this surgical procedure is difficult and requires clinicians to have skilled micromanipulation techniques.Additionally, how to reducing trauma to the donor valve area and effectively repairing the remaining wounds in this area also pose difficulties for doctors.Periosteal flap has the advantages of rich blood supply, strong anti-infection ability, easy cutting and less complications,it is widely used in the repair and reconstruction of bone defects in maxillofacial surgery and orthopedics. With the deepening of clinical research on periosteal flap, many cases of successful use of periosteal flap to repair traumatic bone exposed wounds have been reported in recent years, further confirming the potential of periosteal flap in clinical application. However, the clinical efficacy of periosteal flap in repairing traumatic bone exposed wounds still needs further study. Therefore, this article reviewed the anatomical structure of periosteal flap, the mechanism of action, clinical application, advantages and disadvantages, and problems faced in the treatment of bone exposed wounds,in order to provide reference for clinical application and further promote the application of periosteal flap in the field of traumatic bone exposed wound repair.关键词
