Abstract
With the rapid development of the design industry,traditional singular research methodologies are increasingly unable to meet the practical demands of its interdisciplinary nature and growing complexity.Mixed Methods Research(MMR),with its unique cross-disciplinary perspective and the integration of quantitative and qualitative research strategies,demonstrates significant potential and value in design practice.This paper analyzes the current challenges in the design industry and explores the application of MMR in the field of design.Through case studies,it illustrates how MMR can facilitate innovation and problem-solving in the actual design process.Discuss the contribution of MMR to enhancing design quality and practice innovation in the design industry,as well as to explore future trends and opportunities.关键词
