Analysis on the International Communication Capacity Building of the New-Type Think Tanks with Chinese Characteristics——A Case Study of the Institute of African Studies,Zhejiang Normal University
摘要
Abstract
[Purpose/significance]With the accelerated evolution of the great changes the world has never seen in a hundred years,there is an urgent need to give full play to the important role of new-type think tank with Chinese characteristics in public diplomacy and cultural mutual understanding,to help tell China's story well,to positively guide the international public opinion,to enhance China's international image,influence,appeal and shaping power.[Method/process]New think tanks with Chinese characteristics are an important carrier of Chi-na's national soft power,and are duty-bound to disseminate China's good voice and show China's good image.In this paper,we take the Institute of African Studies,Zhejiang Normal University,as the research object,and an-aylze and summarize the paths and strategies to strengthen and improve the international communication capacity building through combing the exploration and practice of the Institute's discourse innovation and strategic com-munication to Africa.[Result/conclusion]From the four aspects of constructing discourse system,communication platform,talent team and communication path,this paper puts forward suggestions on how new-type think tanks with Chinese characteristics can strengthen the effectiveness of China's international communication,improve the guidance of international public opinion and enhance the right of international discourse in the new period.关键词
