Abstract
For large converters,domestic design and manufacturing are currently available.The connection between the ring and the shell is the key in the design.After comprehensive evaluation,The 300 ton converter at a certain steel plant adopted an 8-point spring plate connection.During the design process,although the finite element method was used to simulate and analyze the stress-strain state of the spring plate,and the theoretical service life and safety of the connecting structure were calculated and predicted,the stress state of the spring plate in the actual production process is often disturbed by static uncertainty and corner stress sets.It is necessary to obtain on-site measured data to verify and correct the calculation process.This article establishes a stress testing model for the suspension system of the 300 ton converter,and conducts stress tests on the spring plate under two working conditions:empty furnace and full load.The load conditions of the spring plate at each point under different working conditions are obtained,and the stress distribution status of the spring plate is analyzed.The results can provide reference and practical significance for the design of the converter suspension system.关键词
