蒙药蒙古莸的化学成分研究
Chemical Constituents of Mongolian Medicine Caryopteris mongholica
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Mongolian medicine Caryopteris mongholica.Methods:The chemical constituents from the ethanol extract of Caryopteris mongholica were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and prepaved high performance liquid chromatography.The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral technique and combined with literature reports.Results:Twelve compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether extract of the ethanol extract of above ground part of Caryopteris mongholica and identified as taxodione(1)、ferruginol(2)、huperphlegmarin B(3)、caryopterisoid Q(4)、6α,11,12,15-tetrahydroxy-8,11,13-abietatrien-7-one(5),α-tocopherolquinone(6),hexadeca-9,13-diensaeureethylester(7),dibutyl phthalate(8),1,6-hexalactam(9),phytyl hexadecanoate(10),stigmasterol(11),β-sitosterol(12),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,com-pounds 1 to 11 are isolated from Caryopteris mongholica for the first time.关键词
