Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Shugan Hewei Formula combined with Omeprazole in the treatment of outpatient stuffiness of stomach disease with syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach.Method:A total of 206 patients with stuffiness of stomach disease with syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach were selected from the Outpatient Department of Suzhou Xiangcheng People's Hospital from January to December 2022.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,103 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment.The control group was treated with Omeprazole,and the observation group was treated with Shugan Hewei Formula combined with Omeprazole.The clinical efficacy after 3 months of treatment,gastrointestinal function indexes,stress indexes before and after 3 months of treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.23%,which was higher than 77.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of motilin(MTL)and pepsinogen Ⅱ(PGⅡ)in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the substance P(SP)level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the heat shock protein(HSP)level was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Shugan Hewei Formula combined with Omeprazole in the treatment of outpatient stuffiness of stomach disease with syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach is significant,which is beneficial to improve the gastrointestinal function and stress indexes of patients,and is safe.关键词
